Returns

Customers often ask what is our return policy. We aim for complete customer satisfaction. Returns will be handled on a case-by-case basis. No opened music CD will be exchanged nor returned. All opened music CDs are non-refundable. Lecture CDs/DVDs will not be exchanged or returned after 30 days. Unopened damaged music CDs will be handled on a case-by-case basis. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we want to hear about it. Let us know if something is wrong and we will do what we can to make it right.
